1Flawed Ball  Apr 09, 2009 By J. Tessier
I totally agree with the review that the ball is not round. After inflating it and seeing how "off" it was, I deflated and sent it back.

5Very nice ball - even nicer bargain.  Mar 03, 2010 By Keith A. Owens "kao"
Purchased 5 of these balls. 3 will be donated to my daughters club team for practice and/or game balls. I also got some Nike T90 premier balls and found a great deal on some PUMA official WPS balls so our club team is going to be stocked for the season. I did a LOT of research on balls before I bought any of these. These TerraPass NFHS balls are very nice mid level match caliber balls. The fact that they are NFHS approved DOES mean something. Hand stitched PU cover, latex bladder, nice lining...and guaranteed for shape and stitching. I can understand why some people could get confused when they first inflate a soccer ball. It can appear that they are deformed and 'not round'. Here's my process: Inflate part way. Roll the ball around on the counter top (with pressure on top of the ball)to soften panels slightly. Inflate ball to near full pressure. Bounce ball RIGOUROUSLY on (in our case - hardwood)floor. Inflate the rest of the way. The ball is perfectly round. I'm pretty sure you don't NEED to go through the process I go through but...it works for me. If you are looking for a great deal on a nice ball don't hesitate to pick these up. Currently ~60% off original price - hard to beat.

5Solid Match Ball  Dec 01, 2009 By Robert Pawlicki
This ball is solid once you use it a bit and kick it around. Slow inflation helps with the shape and then you can kick it a few times and it will be spherical. My son's travel team loves it and it has held up well.

2Shaped like a rugby ball  Mar 25, 2009 By Michael Wilhelm
The ball isn't round. Maybe it needs more time to take shape, but I've had it for about a month and it is elliptical. This makes for the occasional unstoppable strike from distance and frequent awkward long passes.

I used to have the Euro 08 ball in orange. If it weren't for one of the most pathetic attempts at goal I've ever seen, I would still be using the Euro ball. It happened last summer...we were playing a 9:30 game. I'd managed to keep my ball on the sideline and safely out of play. We were winning 2-1 in the 85th minute. A clumsy shot went over the fence behind our goal and one of the morons on the other team grabbed my ball from near our bench. Instead of trying to hold the ball and preserve our one goal advantage, our incompetent right back decided to stroll forward on his own. To my great disappointment (but not surprise), he was caught in possession after three touches. Our opponents stormed forward with a view to equalize and, despite having time and space, their centre midfielder blasted my precious orange gem of a football over our keeper's fingertips, over the crossbar, and over the 10 metre fence behind our goal...from inside the area. The physics of the scenario still astound me. My Euro ball was lost forever in the dark and densely vegetated ravine beyond the field and this egg shaped piece of garbage is no replacement.
