4Very good. A++  Oct 11, 2009 By Max "Max"
If you are just beginning to play badminton, you may want to pick up a different racquet. If you have played for atleast a week regularly, I suggest this one. It is relatively lighter than the regular racquets by a margin, but the real play comes into picture when you keep playing continuously.
With regular racquets, you might be able to play for 30 minutes without a break, using this you can extend it by 10 minutes. My wrists are not strained any more,

If you are a beginner, I recommend [...] - You may want to start with a normal racquet before you play with this.

This racquet is NOT for beginners.

5Love it  Mar 05, 2010 By Jellydandan "JD"
Very happy with this purchase. It's light yet steady. My husband and I now can enjoy this game
much more because of the quality of the bat. Love it!

5Awesome Racquet for the price!  Jan 17, 2010 By Chance Chappell
Had a blast playing with this one. Good tight/firm weave and a good solid feel.

5Badminton be all up and awesome with this racket  May 18, 2012 By Brandon
So i usually played with the beginner rackets you got in the starter kits with some birdies and what not. My friends have gotten ones like this one, but other brands. I gotta say, this one is awesome.

Lighter then some of my friends rackets, if anyone cares about that fact. I don't mind, as long as it's not 20 pounds. The string is tight and hits well. I ordered it with regular shipping and it came in two days. Maybe it's where i live but most stuff i buy on Amazon comes rather quickly. Also a few of my friends have a yonex and they like theirs too, though i don't think it's this exact model.

The only thing is mine is orange and black, not yellow. I mean, i don't care, and color doesn't mean anything really, but it's not that big of a set back. Other then that i'm really happy with the racket. My High school does a competition every year and benefits go to charity and what not. Glad i have this racket for the tournament!!

I don't know if it's professional, but i'm glad i got a really nice one for 16 bucks (Plus shipping) Enjoy it.

5Great Racket for Rookies & Beginners (and maybe Intermediate players as well)  Apr 21, 2012 By AYIN
I'm a beginner badminton player, so I'll review as well as I can with my current knowledge of badminton.
The racket's light for me, the grip's slightly comfy, the string's pretty decent.

I think this is an excellent racket for a rookie to a beginner, and maybe an intermediate player.

As for durability, my friend has had her racket (of this very model) for our 4 years and it's still stable and sturdy.
